Is a seasoned professional in the fresh fruit industry with more than 24 years of experience visiting and trading in markets around the world. With a solid network, soft skills and technical knowledge in fruit postharvest, he founded Frutera Agrosan Export Spa, achieving a positive EBITDA from the first year and expanding it worldwide.
Lorenzo has several degrees, including a Master's in Agricultural Economics and Management Control. In previous roles as general and commercial manager of fresh fruit exporters, he managed crises and debt, increased sales by 100% and developed commercial departments.

With more than three decades of experience in the fruit industry, he has witnessed several transformations in the history of Chile's fruit exports to the world. He began his career in warehouses, packing and cold storage for companies such as David Del Curto and Zeus, to later coordinate these sections as operations manager at Copaine and Servan.
Later, he moved to Exportadora Bendel Fruit, where he had the opportunity to study at the University of Valparaiso and acquire the necessary knowledge to work in the area of marketing and procurement of fruit for export. Currently, is part of the Agrosan family, contributing their experience to acquire and deliver products in the best possible way to their customers.

Stands out for her more than 38 years in the fruit export sector, occupying different positions related to administration, people management and production. She has also been responsible for current accounts, contracts and internal export costs, as well as legal issues and seasonal evaluation. She currently works at Frutera Agrosan Export SpA as Administrator of the Producers and Services Department and Head of the People Management Department.
Patricia has training in Administrative Secretarial and Business Administration, in addition to different courses and lectures related to the implementation of process systems, storage of fruit in AC, HACCP, ISOS 9000 and BRC, has participated in courses on Coaching for leadership and Emotional Intelligence, future of work and business growth.

Has extensive experience in the area of Collection and Billing, where she has worked as the head of the department. In this role, she has demonstrated skills in managing a portfolio of clients to reduce delinquency and ensure the maximum return on credit granted. Additionally, she has excellent interpersonal skills, a customer service culture, organization, and teamwork.
She also has experience in the accounting area, performing tasks such as analysis and allocation of accounting accounts, bank reconciliations, issuance of expenses, entry and payment of invoices, expense reports, preparation of payrolls, and collaboration in audits. She has also participated in courses on SAP Business One.
